If you have problems uploading your documents to the platform, you can email them to us at locataire@unkle.fr, after creating your profile on Unkle

Please remember to use the same email address you provided when you registered.

Unkle is an entire online service, we do not accept mail. If you don’t have a scanner, you can take pictures of your documents as long as they are readable. You can also use scanning apps.
