Once the tenant's file has been validated and we have your agreement, we set up the guarantee. You will receive an email to proceed with the electronic signature of the contract once the tenant has paid the first month of the guarantee.
Here are the steps to follow:
- open the email and click on "I sign my contract",
- read the documents and scroll down to the bottom of the page to click "Next",
- on the last page, click on "Sign",
- you will receive a code by SMS or email that you will have to fill in in the box provided.
