As a tenant, you are commited for the entire duration of your residential lease. You are therefore committed until you leave the accomodation.

You can terminate the guarantee in certain cases:

  • if your landlord agrees to cancel the guarantee with you and therefore, accepts to be no longer covered by Unkle,
  • in case of departure from your accommodation (as indicated above).

In both cases, you must send us your inventory of fixtures on departure or a written agreement from the owner by email at locataire@unkle.fr.
